AAM Annual Meeting, 2008

Join your vibrant community of museum professionals in the original city of experimentation, Philadelphia, April 30-May 4, 2009, for the 2009 AAM Annual Meeting and MuseumExpo™. While you are attending the annual meeting, you will have a chance to get out and explore Philadelphia, a global city known for rich diversity, awe-inspiring architecture, a wealth of art and culture, and endless (tax-free!) shopping on clothes and shoes.

The 103rd Annual Meeting will bring together the sharpest thinkers in the field and outside the field to explore the theme: The Museum Experiment. What does it take museums to stay relevant, responsive, and real in today's society? The Curators Committee is seeking session proposals to support this theme. For submission information, please click on the CurCom session proposal link or review AAM’s Session Proposal Instructions.

The Curators Committee reception, luncheon and business meeting will be announced closer to the event, so stay tuned.
